    I chose 1 star because i had to. The owner was very unprofessional. While ordering flowers for our mothers funeral service. She bashed the funeral home owner using vulgar language because she did not get along with him. When we called to change the color of the flowers because we picked a pink casket, she asked us " why would you pick a pink casket ? Was it discounted ? She said she didn't think she could change it but did change it. When we arrived at the funeral home. The flower urns had more green filter than flowers. The flowers were broken and didn't even have the urns. I feel we were a victim of poor service because she didn't get along with the funeral home. Not to mention other florist said what we ordered would of been half the cost. When people are grieving they are not thinking clearly so I feel we were taken advantage of. Very unprofessional and poor service.
