      On 6/4/24 I ordered my glasses. About 2 weeks later I went to pick them up. At that time I noticed the glasses were not made properly. I had to tilt my head forward to see clearly, and had to lift the glasses to read. The employee made adjustments to the glasses about 4 times, and suggested she would talk to the doctor about changing the lens to a lined bifocal. I didn’t want that, and returned the glasses on 7-8-24. I have the receipt that I returned the glasses which shows the amounts paid by insurance (UPMC); however it did not include $209.00 I paid out of pocket. I went back 2 days ago to check on my refund, and was told the doctor would not give me a refund because I didn’t give them a chance to fix the glasses. They have the glasses, I want my money back and my eyeware allowance returned to UPMC so that I can go elsewhere to get properly made glasses.
