My 93 year old mother's toilet was flushing slowly. I called A1 sewer and they came out the next day and said that it was fixed. After they left, I took my mother to a doctor's *********** and we did not get back until late at night. The next day I noticed that the toilet was flushing slowly as it had been the day before. I called A1 and they said that someone would be out the next day. Late that next afternoon the same employee came back, spent about 15 minutes and then said that my mother needs a new toilet OR the fan on the roof is clogged. He left without fixing it. I had to call another plumber who came out and fixed the toilet and it is still working properly two weeks later. I called the company and said that I wanted a refund. My mother is low income but more importantly they did not fix the problem and another plumber did fix it and it is still working properly. I have since called *********** times and have been told that the message is on the owner's desk. I reiterated that another plumber fixed the problem and it is still working properly therefore I want my mother to get a refund. I have not had any response from the company.

On 4/10 they were servicing our neighbors basement toilet and using a snake. They then knocked on our door to ask if they could check our toilet to see if the snake had come up on our end. I work overnights and was asleep so my wife told him no but checked and at first didn't notice any issues. After they left my wife was using the bathroom in our basement and noticed water around our toilet and then realized the snake had destroyed the back of our toilet. When we talked to our neighbor to contact them and explain that the toilet had been damaged they refused to do anything stating that because we refused access they won't fix the issue. I've now had to replace my toilet out of pocket for $126.12 because of their negligence. I had every right to refuse access because it wasn't my service call made. They should be responsible for the cost of the new toilet.
