      Jason called last Friday to inform me that he had the back panel at the store.  While speaking with Jason, I agreed to use his repair man (Doug), rather than replacing the back panel myself.  Doug brought TWO grates and the back panel to my house on Friday.  He installed the new back panel.  There's a very small but noticeable dent in it (please see attached).  Also, neither of the grates was the right one for my range.  Although I politely noted this to Doug, he said, "which one do you want"?  Of the two grates, I picked the one that fit better (please see attached).

      At this point, I give up.  Jason has had ample opportunity to rectify this problem.  I have no desire to further communicate with Jason, directly or indirectly, to get this resolved correctly.  I'll settle for what I have and will leave factual feedback online.

      Thank you for your assistance with mediating this matter.  Feel free to mark this as closed; however, not satisfactorily.

      t could take a month". I asked if we could put our conversation in writing. He agreed, but didn't want to agree to an eta on the parts. I immediately messaged him on Facebook (which is how we began communicating when I noticed the range for sale). He never responded.

      On 2/20/23 I followed up via a call to Appliance Plus. I spoke with Jason. First, he said he had the "glass top for that". But I reminded him what I was calling about. Then he said that the parts were in, he just needed to find them. He said he'd call me back.

      On 2/24/23 I called to follow up, but Jason wasn't there and hasn't called me back. I'm simply requesting the (new) parts that should have been included with a new product.

      Incidentally, there was clearly grease and wear on a couple of the knobs. I don't believe this range was new.

      This is the new stove. The new panel came in Friday March 17th.
      The first replacement panel came in 2/24/23. That panel was damaged in the mail. I have pics of that if needed
