    Crew was awesome. They took time to make sure they completed the job in the best and efficient manner. They were great from start to finish and left the job site very clean. I would highly recommend.

    Very professional employees. This was the second time we used them to put a French drain in another part of our basement. Everything was explained in detail and there was very little dust when they were done

    I payed $20,000 to waterproof my basement. The salesman told that once I did this I could live down there if I wanted. Well there are numerous leaks which they refuse to address, they tell you someone will get in touch with you but no one ever does. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Now I have to seek a lawyer and spend more money.

    We were promised a level driveway from the salesman. We were also told we could add the sealant to our driveway just prior to the project at a cost of $1500. The project was completed and let me tellk you our driveway is not level and the foam that was injected is now all over our driveway. Our driveway looks worse now. After speking to a rep of the company the sealant went up another $200.00. I would never recommend this company. I've already told friend who have inquired about this company. We spent a lot of many to be this unsatified.

    I am sorry that we did not meet your needs here *******************. When you are working with failing concrete, unfortunately, there are times when it will not lift back for various reasons. Our main goal is to make sure the failing concrete is stabilized to prevent further movement and we attempt to lift during the process. Various factors can interrupt the lifting process and that is why it is never guaranteed. As far as any type of leftover debris, I would love the opportunity to help clean this up for you.     We had 8 basement ****s installed in the basement. Our new home is over 100 years old and we were nervous about **** hammering into the concrete. The cracks in the walls just kept growing and we knew that we had to do something to prevent more damage. The representative who came to meet with us for an estimate was very reassuring and informative about what would be done. He said that it was amazing that no ****s had been put in previously, the distance between ********* was much too far and the wooden joists we starting to crack. He was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled which was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone.

    I hired Keystone to repair a wet spot in the corner of my basement. I ended up having a sump pump and drainage system installed. I was very impressed with the manner in which I was kept informed and in which the system was explained. Everyone was were very professional and genuinely involved in making sure everything was done correctly. There was a small issue in the installation which was addressed promptly. I felt the cost was very reasonable and would definitely hire them again.
