    I have purchased a Davids motorized mop in July 2022 $400 item and it broke in December 2023 into the store to have it serviced and they dont service them. They just tell you to buy a new one at $400 which is absolutely insane and they only T #Warranty for one year after one year and they wont fix it and they wont give you a new one after spending $400. They would replace it with a brand new one within one year but if you were a problem after one year you get nothing and they tell you to spend another $400 to buy a new one. What would be the point to have a break after one year and not be able to be fixed the customer service was horrible helpful and rude. This was at the Ross Township location in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

    I dropped off my XL 21 Oreck for its yearly tune-up on September 15, 2023, to the Washington Road store in ***************, **. Because only one person was working, I was told it would take a week. I called on September 22nd saying I would like to get my sweeper on September 26th. On September 25th I received a call to say that the sweeper was not ready. I replied that I would again be in the area on the 28th. I was told the sweeper would be ready, When I arrived at the store on September 28th, I found the store completely empty and padlocked. There was a sign saying that the store had been closed and my sweeper had been transferred to the North Hills. This was done without notifying me or gaining my permission. The North Hills is extremely inconvenient for a South Hills person who does not travel in that direction. While closing the store was *****'s Vacuums right, the South Hills customers should have been notified and given the opportunity to get their sweepers from the South Hills location. This behavior showed a total disregard for customer service. I will not be dealing with *****'s Vacuum again. This store deserves no stars.
