    Cant get rid of the wasp problem.. flying around the gym stung me while lifting weights.. owner set a smoke bomb off while people were there working out over a month ago and were still having them!!! The cleaning has went down hill theres handfuls of dust under machines . Wipes everywhere.. so they have dust bunnies and wasps.. members are very u happy and disappointed.

    In there area where our business resides there is an influx of small yellow bees that have found there way into the building, probably through air vents. We have been diligently working on mitigating the issue. We hadn't been made aware that this member had been stung. We certainly cannot control that, but we are doing our best to take care of the issue.. We have a maintenance email into the landlord to get access to the roof, to try and find the access point. We have not heard back from them as of this review. We DID NOT however set off a "smoke bomb" in the club while members were working out, we would never do that. As for the cleanliness of the facility. We have recently gone through a complete remodel and the club is very clean. Dust bunnies can accumulate rather quickly under machines due member usage and we have cleaners and staff there cleaning on a daily basis. Again, this is the first time we have heard from this member that he finds things unacceptable. As for the wipes left my members around that club, throughout the day and before we leave at night, we check the entire club for any wipes left by members and dispose of them. Members that use the club during non staffed hours often do complain of these types of things for we are not there during their workout hours to pick up after them, but as soon as the staff arrives at 9am in the morning the club is cleaned first thing. We do sincerely apologize for this members experience, we have always done our very best to keep the facility at a high standard for our members. I only wish that this member would have brought his concerns to us directly so we could assure him that we are doing our best to mitigate the issue.

    The manager **** was condescending and not helpful. I never leave reviews, but you should be fair warned that you are just a number to them. It would have been so nice to have them care enough to help resolve a glitch. Instead, I am stuck with a dead membership and I will definitely spread the word about their bad practices.

    We take the security of our club seriously. Our manager handled this situation with kindness, professionalism in a timely manner and with complete correspondence.Upon his review of our security cameras he noticed a young adult accessing the club and bringing in with her others who are not members, this is considered "tailgating" which in turn results in trespassing and theft of using goods, and is a direct violation of the security outline with the membership and can/will result in a lockout or a termination of ones membership. We then looked up the members account and we saw that the membership belonged to an older woman, and that this young adult was not the member. He called this member and she openly admitted that she bought the membership in her name, but gave the key to her niece, that she herself doesn't use the membership, and that the club she signed up at was ok and aware of this. We let her know that she cannot do that and it is a direct violation of the security of the club. We offered to have her have her niece come in and buy a college membership for herself since she stated that she was 18 ( we also requested she bring her ID to verify), so we could issue her, her own key, sign for the membership, liability forms and have her picture taken. She did not like this suggestion and called her home club to complain. I too called the other club to fill them in on the situation and their solution was just to transfer the key into the nieces name. This is again is not allowed for the niece is here in ** and in no way was able to prove her age, sign the membership and the liability paperwork or get her picture taken.When the niece came to our club to try and access it again, the key did not work, for we chose the option to lock-out the key, and this fully upset the aunt. She called our club and spoke with our manager yelling at him stating that we are being ridiculous and she began using foul and threatening language towards him including "I know your first and last name, as well as the owners and this is bad business practice and this kind of action will come back around.******** then went on to this BBB website and posted a very negative review, along with submitting another survey bashing how she felt she and her niece were treated.We stand by the way our manager handled the situation, and we stand by the lock-out of this member and her niece for how the Aunt was trying to circumvent the system, and her foul and abusive language towards our employee.
