      This complaint is a day late and a dollar short and this complaint will do nothing for me at all. In 2017, Xpress homebuyers took full advantage of a woman who was widowed l * I have done my research and shouldve gotten a lot more money for my home even if I sold it as is, I walked away from my property with very little to show for it the value of my property when I left even in the condition, it was in was $375,000, the mortgage I had on the home did not even come close. They convinced me in my state of mind that because of the condition of the home I was not going to get a good value for the home. I am now living in an apartment that is horrible and thats the punishment I get for choosing Xpress homebuyers. I could still be in my home or a much nicer condo however, it took me for everything I was worth, and now I sit here and theres ***** apartment and Im gonna be suffering for the rest of my life in the end. Yes, I made a very bad decision, but the company as a whole did nothing to help me with such a huge decision, and that decision completely ruined my life. Do not do business with Xpress homebuyers you will be sorry.
