My mother ******************************* was admitted to this facility on either Sunday 10/1/23 or Monday 10/2/23 due to Covid wiping her out and depleting her strength. The nursing facility threw away her set of dentures. We told several staff members while she was there but nothing came of it. Finally I was put in touch with ************************************* NHA and she promptly responded to my voicemail and email however by this time my Mom was released. Release date: 10/16. She asked if I could get an invoice/receipt for my Mom's dentures but we can't bc AllCare Dental made them and they abruptly closed without warning in 2011. My Mom was on local news channel 4 WTAE for the dental chains unethical practice. They filed bankruptcy shortly after my Mother purchased lifetime insurance but she was never refunded or reimbursed a dime. AllCare Dental donated money to ********************* then and they weren't held accountable.Anyhow ******** then recommended taking my Mom to a dentist for either a replacement or estimate and Peters Nursing and Rehab will reimburse her, sounds fair but my Mom has *********** & is barely walking. We built a ramp for her wheelchair but it's extremely difficult she's 81. I thought maybe in a month and with some physical therapy we can get her out and about but she's still weak and trembles. We need to come to a fair and honest value for the facility who threw the dentures out and neglected our requests and inquiries the 2 weeks my Mom stayed there. They made the error and my Mother's property is missing and she needs fairly reimbursed. It's crummy enough AllCare Dental got off **** free. Additionally I work a lot and don't have much leisure time so this careless situation *****'s Nursing and rehab created is consuming time I don't have. Please help resolve. Thank you
