      Took my brother in law to ********* for an appointment. Not sure why.....we live in ****. We were there probably 5 minutes. Receptionist was rude, person who shoved the hearing aid in my brother in laws ears was rude! No explanation, no case for the hearing aids, nothing. Now we have another appointment to go back??? Perhaps they should have done their job properly in the 1st place! I am NOT impressed and I am NOT looking forward to this! Very disappointing when you are going somewhere to get "help".
