We went to see him after being served with a 20 day notice. We stressed the 20 day responses multiple times and he assured us he would take care of it. Almost a year later we found out that he didn't enter the petition for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy until a month later. In the mean time a judgement was entered against the codebtor (the only one to own property). He assured us that Ch13 would protect our assets. Now, he tucked tail and states he represents the debtor and it's a conflict of interest to speak to us, even though we paid the fee for the debtor. No moral character, lousy attorney and does not follow through

I called and scheduled a consult appointment to find out some answers to simple questions because my ex-wife filed for bankruptcy but I maintain possession of the house and I've been making the payments. I never received a phone call back so I called the next morning and talk to the secretary asking why I never received a phone call and I scheduled an appointment he calls me back cursing and swearing saying I threatened them because I said I didn't want to have to drive to ********* to get answers to a couple stupid questions like should I keep paying my mortgage and why was I not informed of the bankruptcy against my house.
