They efficiently provide excellent advice to ensure your publication is the "best that it can be". I hope to work with Fulton and ******* regarding any revisions, 2nd editions, or possibly a new book.

She has been incredibly helpful in the process and kept me posted at each step. ******* always responds quickly to my questions. She is very respectful and professional to work with. 1 starI began working with this company over a year ago. I worked at first with ******** ***** who gave me all the information to start the work on publishing my book. She was very helpful at first and told me that the process would take about 4 months in total for the company to publish my book. I believed in what she told me about the company and signed on. After she signed me on I didn't hear from her. I was sent then sent to my Publication Assistant ****** ********. We began the process of publishing my book. Being that it was a children's book I was told by ******** that the process would be shorter as there were not many words in it. This was untrue. Months went by and the process was slow. I was sent each part after months of waiting. Long story short it took over 10 months to get this book sent to me and when it came it appeared as I made the book (very unprofessional). The book was large and the front cover was horrible. None of the font matched with the wording and the words on the pages were not even centered on the white blank pages. I immediately contacted ****** and told her I imagined my book being made in someone's basement instead of a place that actually makes books for a living. She told me that they would charge me to change things and when I said I was not paying a cent more than I already paid. I asked that a manager contact me. I then was contacted by a manager, ******* who asked me to send her what kind of font I wanted for the new cover design along with changing inside so that the words on the pages were centered. I also asked that the book be smaller as it was to large for what it was. Again months went by and when the new design was sent to me none of it was changed. I asked at least 5 times for management to contact me that was in August and still have not heard from anyone at the company. This place is a scam don't waste your money or you time here! 5 starsFulton Books have been exceptional to work with through the process of making my book (Big Fish Small Pond) come to realization. I have read some of the other reviews and totally disagree with some of them. Yes you have to pay a fee to get your work published, but there are actual people working to do those tasks. They are not free to anyone just because of vanity work. I've published on my own and it is a supreme task. It is much easier, and in the long run less costly to use these folks.Fulton Books Inc.

But she handled each one with patience, professionalism, and a reassuring sense of calm that I greatly appreciated. Her guidance throughout the publication process was invaluable, and she made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed-even when I might have been asking one too many questions.The final product exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful for ********** support and expertise.
