3 starsI'm appreciative that they took a chance on a new author such as myself, and throughout the editing/publishing process they were very helpful. But that's where the promotional and actual investment in their author's ended. My book; ******: The ****** ***** is a great and exciting read, but no one realizes it because there is no effort on behalf of the company to push their products, unfortunately.

We also have a guide for authors to help with the promoting of their work as well. 5 starsPage Publishing provides great support for new book authors. For a self publisher, they provide considerable support including proofing and editing, book cover design, listings in print and digital formats, and some limited promotion including webpage and press releases. Their pricing structure (they make a small amount after you’ve recaptured your costs to publish) gives them an incentive to do more than just get your book in print - they also want your book to succeed. Great support throughout process. Dedicated support that is responsive to questions.Page Publishing

5 starsWhen I was ready to try and get my novel published, I inquired with different websites about what that might entail; what could these companies do for me, and what would be required of me for this to work? I sent inquiries to all these websites, and Page Publishing was the first to get back to me, almost immediately. They made this big, scary thing (putting your words out there for all to see, and hoping the publishers appreciate this story you've made as much as you do) suddenly seem well within my capability. I wound up sending my manuscript in, and waited to find out whether or not it was approved for publishing. Once it was approved, my book, *** ********* ****, went into the editing stage, which was handled incredibly well by their team of editors. Even for a book as long as mine I feel they gave it all the attention to detail it deserved, with not only punctuation and grammar checks, but sentence structure and notes on anything they felt might need a bit of tweaking in favor of better clarity. They never try to change your story, characters, or tone, but simply try to make it the best it can possibly be! Page Design was next, where they created the perfect headings for my chapters and the different parts of my book. In the Cover Design stage their artists created a cover for my book that was amazing and embodied my story completely. All of this was made possible through my Publication Coordinator, who was patient and knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way through this process I had absolutely no experience with. As of this writing Page Publishing in working on the press release for my book (yes, they can market the book, too, if that's something you want!) and all sorts of other methods for marketing my work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and with who I chose to trust with handling the book I worked so hard on for so very long. I have found Page Publishing to be nothing but trustworthy. 1 starPage Publishing has published one book for me in 2020. Unfortunately, they have done a horrible job in paying me my royalties and mislead me. I was told by their representatives on the phone that I would receive 70% for the sale of my book by Page Publishing and 30% if sold by other platforms to which offer, I agreed to. I worked on getting all the information they requested and paid them the high fees requested. Then I received a contract stating that I would only the getting $2 for the sale of my book that sold for $12. As of today, I still have not received a dollar from them. I recently placed a large order for some of my books to sell to the public and had more success in 1 day than I have had with them in 3 years. I am very disappointed with Page Publishing Inc. unethical practices and hope for one day to see any earning from my investment and time dedicated to my book. **********************Page Publishing

Our apologies about your experience with Page Publishing.You indicated that the royalty structure is the reason for your dissatisfaction. However, our records in your account indicate that did not occur as you described them. Your agreement with us states royalty payments will be made to authors once they reach the threshold royalty amount of $100. Once the author reaches $100 in royalties, a check is sent following that sales quarter. Our records indicate you have not yet made $100 in royalties, however you are almost there. Once you have made $100 in royalties, a royalty check will be sent to you following that sales quarter.Your agreement also states Quarterly accounting reports will be provided to you by the Publisher, listing all sales that have transacted with each distribution outlet, and all NET PROFIT generated therefrom as per each respective outlet's most recent terms and conditions. It is important to keep in mind there are 4 entities involved in every book sale: The distributor, the printer, the retailer, and the author. Remember, the Printer, Distributor, and ********'s services come at a cost and they will not agree to take part in the book sale process without compensation. It is believed the author may have misunderstood their literary agent - as most authors will make 70% of an EBOOK sale. Ebook sales are different than Print (Pbk/Hard cover) sales, as there is no print cost associated like there would be with a paperback or hard cover book.We pride ourselves on our reputation in the local community and welcome further discussion to hopefully resolve your issue. 5 stars******************** a new author I was lucky to have been introduced to Page Publishing. They were terrific in the work that they perform. The Publication Coordinator that was assigned to help me understand the metamorphose that a manuscript has to go through before it becomes an actual book needs to be commended. This is a very important responsibility because one needs to understand that there are definitive steps, each of which takes time to accomplish. She kept me well informed with quick response times.The most important step is certainly the editing process. Their editors went to the trouble of offering suggestions for improving my work, not just correcting spelling and punctuation error and for that I am very grateful. The next step, page generation, is also a complex operation that shows you exactly how your book will look before going to print. Page Publishing very capable ************** then transforms your suggestions of how you would like your book jacket to look. I chose all three options: hardcover, paperback and eBook. Each option requires transformation into formats that fit individual website requirements. This is a complex procedure considering the vast number of websites that this publisher accesses, both foreign and domestic. The last step is promotion where I realized how the expense was very reasonable compared to the services that Page Publishing offered. The publicity campaign began with a News Release that they created for me. This was a well worded complimentary explanation of what the book was all about and why it may influence readership. I truly thank all of Page Publishing staff for the help they have given me.Page Publishing
