There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with my coordinator was. His way of communication, his clear expectation, and his determination so that everything went well is priceless. I am very pleased with Page Publishing and my coordinator.

Ive never needed a publisher until now, but I wont have to look no further than Page Publishing in the future. ***** got me started, and ***************************** was my Coordinator, and shes been great. The people there who do page design and cover art are talented at what they do. My book and its subject they helped to create is going to change history, dont worry this is a good thing! On a scale of 1 - 10, I give Page Publishing a "15" They have been fantastic through the process of publishing my mystery novel, Into the Sea. My publishing coordinator, ******** was a God send and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her! I am extremely pleased with the copies of my first children's book - *** *** *****. All my expectations were exceeded in both service and quality at each phase of the process. My highest praise goes to my Publication Coordinator, ***********************. She is caring, interested, efficient and highly responsive. In over 25 years of my management career, **** is the type of employee you consistently desire to have working for/with you but rarely get. Thank you **** for a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend Page Publishing for all of your self publishing needs. Very happy with all the help & over-all finished product on the infamous & celebrated book "***** ******** **** *** ******************" my publication coordinator ***** ***, was a great great help through-out the whole entire process, very thoughtful in all detail, patient. helpful, & overall just 100% pleasant in all interaction & communication.... i am very pleased with the over-all patience & kind advice that she provided through-out the entire process. Soon my manuscript will be converted to digital (eBook) format and will appear on websites like Apple iBooks, Amazon, Google play, and Barnes & Noble as well as appearing in the Ingram Catalogue. I wasn’t going to write this review, but I felt compelled as I thought about it more and more. I’ll make it as brief as possible. I liked the cover design for both of my books I’ve published with them. I feel they did a good job with that. That’s where the positive ends. When I first reached out to my coordinator about doing my second book, I signed the contract and didn’t hear anything back for an entire month, which I mentioned to the coordinator and she apologized. Then the responses were cordial. The editing phase went on for longer than my expectations. I read both their initial updates to my book as well as my original copy side by side to see what was being changed and what wasn’t. Everytime I’d send in for revisions, there’d be new mistakes added along to ones I may have missed while doing my read through of my manuscript. I took pictures for proof and showed it to the coordinator… The main issue I had though, is the fact half of my book is previewed on Google without my consent, which I also brought to the coordinator’s attention. Claimed “they have nothing to do with how much is previewed” even though I read the Google contract which clearly states that they agree to how much of a story will be previewed (up to a certain percentage which I can’t remember at the moment). I asked kindly multiple times to limit the preview, which was met with a simple “we can’t do nothing about it.” Overall, I took this as a lesson learned. I personally will not be working together with them again.Page Publishing

Hello. Thank you for your review. Were sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We would be happy to have a Senior Accounts Manager speak with you regarding these issues. Please understand ****** books does have their own policy of how much of a book customers are able to preview. They set a minimum "preview" percentage of 20% of a book, meaning 20% of the book's total pages. Once a potential customer passes that 20%, there is a message that displays where it will no longer allow you to preview the book and requests that you purchase a copy to read the full book. My coordinator work with me step by step through out the process responding quickly. I would recommend her for any writing book project. My journey in becoming a published author was effortless due to the expertise of ***********************. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and made me feel as though I could accomplish anything. If I had a question, she was always there to help me sort through any obstacle I came across. I had The pleasure of working with ******. He was very helpful. He helped me along my journey to have my book published. He showed me the ins and outs when it comes to having my book edited and illustrated. I have written several children books and this was my first one published. I could see me working with ****** in the future with publishing my other children books. He was a joy and a pleasure to work with.
