I have called the business and got hung up on without them saying a word after they picked up the phone and filled out documentation to get help. I have not lived at an address for 5 years and I am now getting delinquent tax documents from ************. I contacted the county and the local administration to get this fixed. It looks like this business does this so often that it has 1 star on all reviews and every complaint on this site is for this same work. My taxes have been changed for five years and my Id was changed aswell so I am unsure what they are using to assume I am still living there or would owe them anything. I am about to pay this false past due to ensure it does not affect me by law or banking but Im trying to ensure this does not continue as I have been paying my taxes correctly.Business Response

The information we use to collect taxes comes from local County, Municipalities, or School Districts. If there is someone who needs removed from tax rolls, it is there responsibility to contact the jurisdiction they reside in and get off the tax rolls. If they do not, they will turn the information over to our office and we try to collect on behalf of the county, municipal, or school. If does not reside, can provide proof but must call and get taken off tax rolls so does not get billed in future. We just collect what information is given to us and what we are contracted for.

We will need more information in regards to what name is being billed as we do not have a *********************** being billed in *********** Township for personal taxes. If you are a renter and residing in *********** Township, you will be responsible to pay the school taxes even if you do not own the property. If you do not live or reside in *********** Township and pay taxes elsewhere, you can contact the school at ************ and they will take you off the tax rolls or simply send in proof you do not actually reside in the property.
Thanks,

Its ****** ******************************* and our property tax is included in our rent from our landlord which again is *************** aka New H.P associate so again no tf we are not responsible for paying school taxes especially because our primary reside is in lower ****** where we ( *********************; myself reside primary) which we constantly keep telling y'all this! I'm not gone keep explain this to y'all either!Business Response

You can contact the *********** School District to be removed from the tax rolls at ************. Unfortunately, your personal taxes are not paid by escrow as they are not related to property to if you have proof of paying lower ******* and not living in *********** Township, you must provide the proof so we can remove the taxes. We are following the rules of the township and because they picked you up in the township, you must show proof to have taxes removed.
Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because: I’ve already showed proof multiple time including last year that we pay school taxes on lower ****** and if y’all paid attention my address has always been in lower ****** I literally get the taxes out of my paycheck and at this point i don’t care what y’all saying I promise u I’m not paying school taxes for *********** cause that not my primary residence and I pay my taxes to lower ****** like I keep saying over and over again!
FYI I already report to the township this issue once again and she told me to disregard the bill y’all sent and updated the system! Now y’all can fix it in y’all system or not I’m not paying it either way!

The School district sent an email 8/21/23, in regards to a phone call made on 8/21/23 to have the taxes removed. The School district just needed notified and they have sent an email saying they have been contacted and all taxes are to be removed. If a wrong district picks you up on tax rolls, you just need to contact them to have them corrected as we the agency can't do anything to the taxes unless the school notifies us to have them removed. This is now completed and the district has taken you off the tax rolls since they received your phone call.

First of all, this company provides no evidence that they are the authorized tax collector. Second, even though I paid for the 2021 school taxes I received a distraint for delinquent taxes notice which I don't understand why it was sent to me. There is no explanation of the math they provide and I cannot tell where the numbers are coming from. They sent no prior notification whatsoever for all this time even though they had my contact information, address, etc. and now I received a delinquent tax notice 5 days after it was issued. Now I'm given 10 days to act on, which I will.Business Response

The tax was paid after the current tax was due so there was charges for being late. The payment made did not cover all charges and a bill was mailed to the address on file. The bill was mailed 7/1/2021 and was due 12/31/21 but did not receive payment until February of 2022 making the payment late. We are hired by the School and all notices reflect it is for **************Township School District.

This company keeps sending mail to my girlfriends house. And I've never resided in Susquehanna Township. My Girlfriend lives their. And how they assosiated my name with that address I don't have a clue.Business Response

It's possible the Township picked the taxpayer up on tax rolls due to a variety of reasons. However, if do not reside there, we just need them to contact the School District or send proof of Non Residency and taxes will be removed.
