    Essential is a company you can find on Field Nation, a platform where IT techs can pick up work. Companies such as Essential and Field Nation has destroyed the local IT job market all over this country. Essential is known for complicated work order requirements on simple IT work to pass the blame on the tech and find a way to not pay, these goal appears to be at least put off the payment for and extra 10 days. Essential expects providers (workers from Field Nation) to give up free hours for things like dropping off packages at UPS or FEDEX locations. Please note that FedEx and UPS could just pick these items up at the work location. Typically the location is a Walmart or other store with daily deliveries. The work orders they have on Field Nation are often filled with directions that are incomplete or incorrect. When working with Essential and they deny pay provider now has to spend time putting together a claim, going through old email to replace documents they say they never received. They will not pay the provider for the extra hours used to replace the documents they misplaced.
