Date of transaction was 10/31/22. I paid by $719.95 check number ***. Travis N********* was supposed to fix my toilet, which he did. He was supposed to also fix a leaky faucet under my sink. He stated that he would have to take out the vanity and sink. He was supposed to complete this on 11/1 but didn't. He then in numerous texts and phone conversations stated he would be at my house the next day however he never showed. Never texted, when I initiated contact, he was apologetic and stated he would be by "tomorrow". He was supposed to buy a new vanity, mirror and lights for my bathroom. ($350) was designated for this. He finally did on 11/10 but what he purchased everything but it was too big. He wanted to knock out the wall to "make it fit" and I said NO. This was supposed to be a simple fix my drain and now he wants to knock out walls. NO. I told him that I was done and I wanted my $350 back. He agreed to come today 11/14 at 8am to pick up the vanity, mirror and lights and I was supposed to get my money back. He did not show. I texted he did not reply to text. I called and he did not answer. Thus I am contacting BBB for some guidance in how to resolve this issue. I would like for him to get the materials that are his and I would like my money in return.
