    Really bad experience with an entrance door. Salesperson was great till installation time, then everything went to s*** Bad installation, missing parts replaced with makeshift pieces they had on hand, air leaks, water leaks, dented door. Way overpriced for what I got. Been going round and round for months, nothing gets fixed. They come and take pictures and go. Another technician comes out and they don't know anything about the previous visits. This is the cycle I'm going through. They come, they go, come, go, come go. I'm done with this company.

    Had a lovely discussion with factory rep **** ****** regarding the purchase of new windows and doors for our farm house. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made our job of choosing what works for us easy and painless. Highly recommend these folks.

    DONT DO IT!Do NOT contract with Castle Windows!We ordered a bay window. We waited 8 months. The glass in one of the windows was cracked when they installed it and remains so still.The window was built incorrectly. The window was mounted off center. We were told the color could be adjusted after installation only to find that was a lie. The company then told us they would reskin the window frame so we could stain it the correct color ourselves, only to later learn the window frame color would remain the same!The company employees have been extremely argumentative and difficult to deal with.Spare yourself from the expense, frustration, and disappointment; keep you old windows or hire a different company!!!
