  Taylor was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He presented the offer without any pressure and had our wishes as the forefront of whatever decision we made. We felt like longtime friends as he left. Can't wait until we get our new doors.

  Bought 9 windows in about a year's time at a cost of over $25,000. Love the windows, made a huge difference in heating and cooling. Was told by salesman that everything was under warranty... It's not. Screens, if they need to be replaced (dog put a hole in screening) are not covered and replacing the screening yourself is next to impossible requiring a new purchase. One of my windows, I was not given an option of full vs half screen. I received a half screen that needs to be physically removed to move it to the other side... I need to pay for a second screen because the rep never bothered to ask me what I wanted. Considering that I paid about $3000 a window, most of it cash, you'd think that they would my continued business for the rest of the house... ??

  Shana G****** is great to work with. She has such a friendly personality that we immediately felt comfortable with her. She gave a great presentation, showing us the difference between ordinary vinyl windows, wood windows and Anderson quality windows. We enjoyed the time spent with her and can't wait to have our new Anderson windows installed. This is a great company and great product that we would recommend to anyone!
