      I placed an order on the mobile app and did not receive all of my items. They refused to reimburse me for what was missing from my order. I contacted corporate office and the person answering the phone said Wawa wont refund me. The employees that work at the Wawa that is closest to me, is constantly messing up my order. Ive driven to get balances of my order sometimes. Im now finding Im being blacklisted on all future purchases for something that is out of my hands. That is theft and unprofessionalism. This is not the way a business should be handled. These are not good practices and reflect poorly on the company.

      I last Sunday and spoke with an agent named *****. I had received the wrong item the week before, and still had not received my refund. He stated that I was sent a gift card, and nothing else could be done. I wanted a refund, he refused to refund my item. I asked for a supervisor, he refused a supervisor, instead insisting nothing else could be done. After more than 5 minutes of demanding a supervisor and being refused a supervisor, he finally transfered me to a supervisor. The supervisor refunded my money, and stated I could still keep the $15 gift card. The next day, I tried ordering again. The app does not allow me to use more than 1 form of payment, so I was frustrated because I could not apply the $15 gift card to my order. I called for help, again I spoke with *****. He said there was nothing that could be done, the gift card could only be used on orders of $15 or less. He told me I would have to take something out of my cart in order to use the gift card. I was ordering dinner for my daughter and myself, so I only had 2 sandwichea ordered. He did not offer any other solutions. I asked for a supervisor because he is the most unhelpful agent I have ever come across. Again, he refused a supervisor. After fighting with him to for several more minutes, and being placed on hold a couple of times, he came back to the line and said there is nothing a supervisor coukd do, and oroceeded to disconnect the call. I called back 2 more times,, and luck of the draw, I got him both times, and both times he said there is nothing that coukd be done and disconnected the call. That agent hung up on me 3 times!! I called back again and this time got someone named **. I immediately asked for a supervisor. He explained because of Hurricane *****, there were sotrein distress and the supervisors were busy with the stores. I understood that explanation and agreed to a callback. I was told I would receive a callback within 24 hours. Here we are a week later *** still no call!

      Wawa ************, ** ***************** *********** Today , April 09, 2024 at approximately 6:46pm, I arrived at Wawa located off ******. At approximately 6:50pm .I asked if my customers order was ready. A female employee said they were working on the order. At approximately 6:55pm, I notified doordash and the customer that they were busy and the order should be ready shortly. At approximately 7:05pm, I asked about the order again and was informed that they were waiting on fries. At approximately 7:08 pm I asked again and the male employee said they were still waiting on fries. I explained that the order was scheduled for pick up at 6:50 pm and it's now 7:08 pm. He then stated that he doesn't keep time for the fries and if I don't want to wait, "You can just leave". I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. The name on his ID badge was "*******". I explained that I would like to speak with someone else and he stated " I don't care who you talk too". He then raised his voice in a loud manner and said "I'm going to get you banned from wawa". When the order was ready, he pushed the food forward aggressively while turning his back. The bag was not sealed and I had to manually sealed the bag myself and did take photos. He did not seem to care. ******* displayed poor customer service by being rude, disrespectful insensitive and unprofessional when dealing with a Doordash person/public . In addition, I kept in touch with the customer who placed the order the entire time. She was very upset and stated she would file a complaint. I also witnessed him being rude to other customers. Not one time did I raise my voice or use profanity. I remained professional.I notified doordash and also explained the incident that took place. The manager that worked this day could potentially impact your business practices and could cause the company a lose business with doordash due to his unprofessional and in ability to care about customers.

      I was reviewing my Wawa statement and found that I was charged a $29 late fee. The statement showed that the bill was due on November 4, 2023. The same statement also showed that I sent in the payment in on October 21, 2023. WTF? I called the credit card company and we had a discussion.
      The late fee was removed I was told, and it should be reflected in several days. I strongly suggest for anyone using the Wawa credit card to review their statements because not only will you be feeding the credit card weasels, you will also be having your credit destroyed at the same time.

      Set there watch lady sell cigs to people without DL and mine has a small crack and they refused service, I cash my check every week at Truist but Wawa can’t use its a shame! They make rules when convient for them to enforce and manager is rude as hell she needs new job

      I agree with some of these complaints lousy service either the regular Wawa or with the gas pumps also on the Wawa corporate number you call too my patience is getting very little on should I deal with Wawa in the near future because I spend too much money in Wawa in a month. The kicker too is out all the stores I go too(target,walmart,shoprite} I spend the most time going to Wawa on a daily week and month!!!!!

      I was at Wawa I saw two female employees making out one was sucking on her neck. They left back in and I was ordering food. One was Susan and the other Tiffany. I accept gay people but you all have no morals showing this in family settings. I don’t want to come back to let my child see these two ladies go at it and make eyes. Keep it in the bedroom children if you’re going to display LGBT affection at the work place. I can’t explain to my child the other girl is a girl not a man. I can’t explain making out yet to my child he’s too young. I am so angry because this is not what I want to expose my child to right away. I as a Christian who accepts gay people will not stand for even the same straight people doing sexual acts in front of my kids especially in the work place. I will never return to this Wawa or let Tiffany and Susan touch me and my families food because it’s just disgusting you let hire people who don’t understand professionalism. I will never go back here again. TEACH YOUR CREW MORALS AND WHATS ACCEPTABLE IN THE WORK PLACE. I Go every year to Florida and I was happy you all opened and now I am not because I have to shield my child’s eyes from these two girls, Susan and Tiffany! I will be taking my business to the other Wawa on central Florida parkway and I do not want to see Tiffany and Susan ever again showing unnecessary PDA
