    September 16, 2024 I got charged for tutoring services, but i deem it was not authorized by me. My daughter was taking math tutoring with Learner for the previous school year. we attempted to cancel the the services by the end of June (June 10, 2024 exact date of phone/text conversation) since they were not needed and my daughter was done with school and math. But Learner was persistent in suggesting I pause their services so I would not have to pay monthly and be able to keep the same benefits/rate and tutor when we resume the tutoring. Since it sounded reasonable, I decided to pause the tutoring instead of cancelling. And also that we would revisit the option to resume with tutoring by September 16th, but the date could be adjusted to align with my daughter's need for math tutoring. We also agreed (through text) that I would be reminded at least 7 days before September 16th about this agreement and payment being due soon the following week. However, Learner did not contact me, as courtesy or reminder of decision to resume tutoring and being charged for it shortly after, instead i got charged on September 16th. I contacted them the same day via email expressing my frustration with being charged, wanting a refund and was advised that someone would be in contact with me about the refund. I believe someone named ***** contacted me and I did detail what had happened since June and my desire to be refunded as I no longer wished to continue with their services as the experience was not the greatest and extremely frustrated. This person told me I could not get a refund but could keep the credit for the whole year or when ready to use the credit. At this point I truly did not want their services and asked to speak to a manager since my needs were not being heard and the situation was unwarranted as I had been using it for over a year and never requested a refund. This situation is unfortunate bc I am not being heard and there was no service rendered for them to keep my $
