I am writing to address the collection account for $1,177.90 that has recently appeared on my ********** report. After discussing my situation with ******* ******* ************* I want to provide further clarity on the matter.I genuinely do not recall taking an ambulance during the time in question; however, I have uncovered evidence that I had New York ************** coverage during that period. Its important to note that my ******** policy fully compensated the hospital associated with this incident. Given this, it raises concerns as to why the ambulance service was not able to obtain my insurance information from the hospital.I have made multiple attempts to contact the hospital for further clarification but have not received a response in over two weeks. My intention is truly to ensure that all parties are compensated appropriately. The ambulance service, much like the hospital, should have proactively reached out to verify insurance details to facilitate ********** seems unjust for this debt to continue impacting my credit report when the responsibility to gather the necessary insurance information may still need to be met. As I discussed with Mr. ******** I feel this situation merits reconsideration, as I have always acted in good faith regarding my insurance coverage.I understand the importance of your role in this process and appreciate your need to receive payment for services rendered. However, please consider the circumstances surrounding this situation and request the removal of the debt reporting from my credit agencies.Thank you for your understanding and support in resolving this matter. Would you mind possibly removing my name from the complaint when posting it and any other information.
