    This was not a good experience. We asked for an ash white patio with green trim. We got an ash white patio with green looking mold. The owner said we got what we asked for. What we got was what the other owner thought we should have got. We produced the request in writing that the owner sent back and confirmed and she still insisted the color was all our fault. We had to have the patio done over and even now it is not great. We will have to have someone else come and fix. The owner in her final correspondences said we didn't understand the process or it was a miscommunication. Going to far as to blame it all on my daughter. Saying other owner told her what they were doing. He did but it wasn't what he said. He kept saying, "Trust me." We had to go back and listen to our ring recording to make sure what he was saying. Again we had the written confirmation from owner of what we wanted. The other owner on site decided to add the green to the patio. Oh Lord it was so ugly. At least now we can live with it until we can have someone to fix it completely. If you use them make sure they tell you exactly what they are going to do and hold them accountable.
