      Don't work with this company if you don't have to. I was required to by my insurance as I needed a specialty medication. For one thing, I was denied from the medication's patient assistance program due to the involvement of a third-party PBM (which, unfortunately, was required). Secondly, my representative continuously asked me the same questions (even though I'd given her information via phone, text, and email). Then, AFTER I finally got my medication covered by insurance, she asked me to sign their HIPAA forms and such.

      This company's representatives called my family doctor to request my medical record and MY TAX return WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then tried to deny it ..Even giving them the names of the persons asking **************

      My Care Coordinator ****** was great. Her assistance with processing my application was handled very professionally. When speaking with her, she maintained a pleasant attitude and my experience with her was always positive. It was a pleasure working with her. Whomever is assigned to ****** will be very pleased.
