    Horrible experience. Everyone was nice on the first visit. After that, the male staff seemed to enjoy insulting and berating me. Even the "occupational therapist" who was a woman, refused to look at me, or introduce herself when she was interviewing me. I was instructed how I was "allowed" to speak to her. She charged for things she did not do. When I tried to contact the doctor, I was given a very hard time. When she finally called back, she continued the insulting behavior, and belittle and insulted me, while implying how lucky I was to be talking to her. This was the worst experience with an optometry office I have ever had, after DECADES of going to optometrists.

    Due to HIPAA privacy laws, we cannot confirm this is a patient at our low vision rehabilitation clinic. Our clinic strives to provide comprehensive low vision care to maximize remaining vision, independence and quality of life. All patient concerns are taken seriously and discussed with patients in a HIPAA compliant manor.
