    I am terminating the services with this company and I paid up until December 31. The company already took their trash can and will be discontinuing services. They are now claiming I owe them money for something they took a few weeks ago. I was never notified of any extra costs until today (when I said I was going to discontinue their services). I would like the full amount owed to me back. The lady on the phone said I would not get reimbursed and to take her to court .

    ** ******* was a customer of ours.  She would not comply with our request to place all garbage in the can we provided or in bags beside the can.  She claimed she had too much trash and she would throw addition items onto the ground for us to clean up. We do offer twice weekly pick up for an additional $5.50 per month of which she was not interested in. When I called her to tell her she had to bag the additional items she became upset and told me that is what a trash man is for.  Not liking the manner of which she spoke of our men I said it was time we cut ties and suggested she move on to another company.  She demanded a refund for the month of December.  **. ********* had additional large items picked up that is not included in the monthly fee on November 7th of carpet and a chair for $35.00. ** ******* at that point had a balance of $5.50.  I was willing to just write that off but was certainly not going to refund her the money she felt was owed.

    I never spoke to the trash collectors.  That statement was not true.

    I terminated service the end of November and wanted December payment reimbursed to me. At this moment, I was told I owed them money for something that was taken away before. Never was I notified I owed them money until the day I terminated service.

    The lady on the phone told me that she talks to my neighbors about me poorly. She also told me to take her to court to get my money back.

    The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time.
