    Had 4 bad experiences with food orders. The last time, I left a review on the Facebook page. This was 4 months ago. The owner instantly started harassing me through messages and deleted my review and blocked me from the page. I thought it was over with as there hasn’t been contact since, but she decided to post my picture and name on her business Facebook page and sent me a message making threats towards me. I have given her a week to take my picture of her page, but she refuses. On top of the messages that I am happy to send with this, she is putting my personal business out there and slandering and harassing me on her business page.

    In responding to the complaint.  This customer sent me a private message complaining about her order which I saved that message which was in 2021.  Then a couple of months ago she posted a message on Facebook almost the same message.  I then messaged her several times to make it right where she did not respond.  
    I went through all my receipts and could not find her order.   So her profile name on Facebook is NIKkifedup.  I put a post of her profile picture and asked anyone if they knew her name.   So when I found out her full name I messaged her and she would not respond.  I did not block her and I took her picture down when I found out who she was.  Funny how I hardly ever have customers complain but yet she claims that I messed up her order 4 times. REALLY.  But yet she would never let me to make it right.   I am just a small business and for someone to do this to a small business can really hurt a business.  I do not ever want her calling or coming in my business again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Although the proof I sent shows the owners response is blatant lies, I had no intent to ever step in a place that harassed customers and potentially causes food poison ever again, nor does anyone who learned about the situation in the weeks my picture and name were posted on her business page! As you seen, with dates attached day after day time stamped, it was up for weeks AFTER the harassment and threatening message she sent! Thank you!
