    I called *** in my house for the pipe froze during winter and he suppose to take care of all the broken pipes in the house at the address *************************************************************** He asked me to give him deposit and rest of the amount will be given after the work is completed. I paid him $1500 deposit on 7/13/23 and since then nothing has been done. I am out of state resident and can not keep going back and forth to **********, **. from ****, **. he has not done anything and now he doesn't even answer my phone, I asked him if he doesn't want to do the work atleast retrun my money or finish the job ASAP.he stpped answering phone. please help me resolve my case. Thanks *********************
