      I purchased gifts on 12/11/22. They advised when I called on 12/18 that it would take about 2 weeks for the products to arrive. I have called and emailed numerous times to be told someone would call me back. Email is not responded to. I paid $146.07 order # ******. And I still don’t know if they received my personalization picture or when the items will be arriving .

      Order was finally shipped January 18th and delivered January 19th. I will be calling customer later this morning and if her desire is still to get a refund, I will refund her order.

      I contacted the company, via their online contact form, before Christmas, asking to return the Angel of Harmony tree topper. I explained that it was too big and heavy for my tree and bent the top over. When I got no response, I sent an email on 12/28/22. There was still no response, so I phoned the ###-###-#### and left a detailed message. When there was still no response, on January 2nd, 2023, I submitted another online request at **************** and sent another email to ****@******.com. It is now 1/9/23, and I yet to receive any type of response from the company. I would like to return item #********** from order #****** before it is too late to return it.

      We have refunded the full amount of the item in question and sent detailed instructions to customer for easy return on her end. I believe we have done all she has asked. Recognize that our service and responsiveness in this case was not good and will be looking to improve for our busy Christmas season this year. We had great difficulty in hiring folks to staff our customer service center in 2022. Not an excuse but reality. THANK YOU.
