    I was a guest at the party in the city. Club named ***** PHILADELPHIA. it was a private party on Saturday, April, 30th, 2022. They had a valet service. 2 days later I noticed a scratched front bumper on my car. I have a dash camera which I checked and it shows exactly when and how this happened so as the driver who did it. It took me some time to get the right contact to talk to. After emailing back and forth, and showing this to the Royal Valet inc manager, (named Justin P*****), he sounded convinced that it was one of his drivers fault, he asked for a professional estimate from a certified body shop. After doing that and providing him with dash cam video and all supporting docs, he decided to play around and stopped responding. Damages are estimated around $700. I have the dash footages as well if needed. Thank in advance.

    This is in response to the complaint made. We told the complainant that we had reviewed the videos and did not see any definite damage made by the valets. We were also notified 9 days after the event ended. The chances that the damage happened somewhere else are just as great if not greater. The video shows my driver parking the car in a tight spot. It shows him getting out of the car and checking to see how close he is to the wall on the side. It never shows an impact or thud. We were never convinced that it was one of our drivers, We asked for a estimate as we always do in case we need it for insurance purposes to have on our files. No where on the cameras does any damage show up. As per our tickets all damage needs to be claimed before someone leaves as we do not know where the go after. Especially 9 days later we don't know where the car went in the interim. We told ***************, we are denying the claim.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It was noted 2 days later not 9 days, also the video shows the exact impact that the company refuses to accept, estimate also was provided per company's request. I also contacted my attorney that tried calling the company and left voice msgs several times with no response of the company. They just refuse to accept responsibility and be fair. Very poor agenda.

    We just received a letter with the complainants response. Unfortunately they did not respond in two days. We have proof of the first time they responded and it was days later. They can say they noted it 2 days later all they want they never contacted us two days later. It was well after 7 days later. In addition we have no record of their lawyer contacting us and would love to see records of that.  At this time we are again denying his ludicrous claim and closing the case on our end. There is zero proof of us causing that damage.
