    Used this company for my first tire change in my new truck . They ruined all 4 of my brand new rims by gouging, chipping and scratching the coating . Also ruined 4 new valve stem caps that I bought aftermarket for the truck which in turn (according to them) ruin my valve stem that needed to be replaced coating me an extra $40 charge . The owner was very rude and arrogant claiming it was my fault. Leaving me with rims and valve stem covers that need replaced , and extra charges along with time lost for dealing with such a situation that should have been a simple tire change.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    insurance claim was paid to cover cost of replacement - however the business did not pay their portions to me for the installation that insurance did not cover $99 . This fee was brought to the companies attention by the insurance company .

    USPS managed to deliver it or if they lost it.
