    I had my house exterior sprayed for carpenter bees whatever was sprayed left a white residue on my dark wood siding and eaves, literally everywhere it was sprayed. I called the company and explained this and they were supposed to send someone out. A week later I called again and asked to explain the situation to her manager& was told that he wasn’t available, I asked that she have him call me and she insisted she could help. I waited for someone to contact me with a resolution, no one did so I sent an email and a few days later received a form response stating I was going to be put in the schedule. I had to call again to find out when and how they would resolve this. She said someone would be out Friday August 25. An employee arrived and was unaware of how he would clean this off as he had no ladder, nor equipment other than an extender pole and a rag and would use my hose. I told him that wasn’t going to work very well as this residue is way up in the eaves and around the entire house. I asked for a number to contact his manager I tried calling the number he gave me for the manager which wasn’t answered, I asked for anyone else I could contact and that number reached a voicemail. While I was calling, he just left! The manager eventually called me accusing me of a “hostile environment “ for his employee. I tried to explain this situation and he stated that he would resolve this but I can never use his company again. He said he would call me later this afternoon to resolve this issue and I again haven’t heard from him and my texts failed to send, his phone will not accept messages . Please help, my home was just stained this past April and it now looks like it’s covered in mold!

    A worker came out September 19 at 10 am washed the front of the house and at 1:00 said he couldn't stay any longer and left. He said ****** would schedule him to come out and finish the job. I have not heard from ****** by phone or text or email. I will attempt to call on Monday to get this issue resolved.
