    Customers beware!! I contacted Z&T Services LLC on or about Jan 1, 2023. I spoke with Mr. Glenn B***. He made an appointment to meet me at my property for a free quote for some renovations I wanted done. He made an appointment to meet me on Jan 8th and canceled the day of the appointment. He apologized, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for Jan 14th. On January 14th, he texted me stating he won't be able to come. I got annoyed and asked him why he bothered to make appointments with me only to cancel at the last minute. I told him I thought he was unprofessional and that I intended to create an online blog warning potential customer of his unprofessional behavior. It was at that time; he went from having to cancel my appointment to he will be arriving a little late. However, I declined and considered his actions as a Red Flag. I wouldn't want to start a job with a contractor who is unprofessional and unreliable. So, if anyone is considering hiring this company. Consider my experience and ask yourself " Do I want to take the chance on hiring this company" Do I want to start a stressful home renovation project with a company whose contractors may not be reliable and show up as scheduled. This company is located in Middletown PA. This representative from the company was so unprofessional I felt compelled to warn potential future customers of my experience. I consider this incident as a blessing. I rather had experienced this level of unprofessionalism during the hiring stage rather than after going into contract.

    I standby the complaint. On both of the appointment dates I traveled from NY to Pa only to have my time wasted.
