      This contractor put a new roof on the house afew years ago. It took a long time because he was always changing the dates, and wouldn't show up. In August of this year, the roof was leaking the week of the rainstorm. I called the contractor who said he would come out and fix it. I have been calling and texting, but this person hasn't responded. The only texts I have received are a couple that state he has to squeeze out time. He did show up once around 5:30 pm in October and said that his ladder was too short, and he would come back. He hasn't been back since, and hasn't responded to any texts or calls. We stopped reaching out because of the cold weather, and the shortness of daylight. I'm willing to wait until it is a warm, sunny day in the Spring with no rain that week. I want the roof fixed right, and the job well done.

      New rubber roof is not fasten against the siding. The siding by the windows is now gapping and pulled away from the side of my house. Wood around my windows is damaged and missing from them removing the old roof. I have a piece of sofit missing along the side of the new roof that you can see the exposed wood. The work started the first week of stepember u have sent many text messages and phone calls to only hear that he would be out to fix the roof and he never shows up. Or when he does answer his phone I hear I need to understand they are busy. They have started and finished jobs well my roof in not completed. Last time he talked to me was January 6th and he said he grantees that he would be out that next week and here it is Feb 1st and no call or text and my roof in still not done. My insurance is going to go up do to his poor work which I have told him. I had to have him out three times for damage that is happening do to his poor job I had a leak in my living room in two places do to his work and dry wall damage to the new roof not being done right. I have the old roof still at my house that they never cleaned up. I had to call him also because the roof was not covered the whole way in a rain ***** only to have one of his works get in my face and yell at me which he walked right into my house. I really just want my roof completed or my money back for all the damage I have now because of them. I want the my money back repaired and all damage fixed at no expense

      Today I had water running down my wall into the electric heater.  More water damage to the window that they ripped off a big chunk of wood.  **** is now rotten and needs replaced and where they have the siding pulled away is where the water in running down and leaking into my living room.  I am requesting it all be fixed at his expense or he can pay a contractor of my choice to fix it all
