      I purchased a car from Brenner Carlisle in Aug. of 2022. It is a lemon it has been seen in their shop over 7 times since aug. 2022and they fail to correctly fix the ongoing issues. They refuse to trade me out of this vehicle even though I able past the year deadline to do so, I have never been late on payments, I have been more than patient with them. This time I was given a loaner car that the windshield wipers were inoperable and the battery terminal wasn’t properly secured which lead to this loaner car breaking down on me as well because the part that was to hold the battery in place was laying on top on the positive side of the battery which fired the entire car as I was driving it which almost caused an accident. When they have my car in shop I do not get any updates, in example they have had my car for a month now and the only communication they do is for payment. I have all conversations (texts) because I refuse to not have a paper trail.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Mileage does not pertain to this particular issue seeing as the vehicle has had the exact same problems since purchasing vehicle which company failed to correct the first time it was seen in the shop. Again, this vehicle has been seen in the shop over 7 times for the same exact reasons and nothing has been fixed for over a year now. And as of right now I have no vehicle due to this company. Because their loaner vehicle was also not safe to drive and completely shut off on me while driving because a metal holding rod was lying on the positive battery terminal and shorted the entire car while driving which almost caused an accident. And I went days without a sold answer from this company. This company does not have safe and reliable vehicles and they are not honest with their customers. I receive no communication from this company unless I specifically reach out about my vehicle, I’m told management will call me and receive nothing. I have had this company’s employees yelling and screaming in my face all because I wanted answers about my vehicle. I have been very mistreated and completely stressed out while having to deal with this company yet I am cooperating and respectful.

      Milage has nothing to do with communication with customers, satisfaction, trust that company will correctly fix issues present from the beginning, treating customers fairly and respectfully, or being honest and helpful towards customers. 

      I also travel for work so in regards of mileage being an issue. Mileage cannot be used as a reason when that is how I make a living. If the car would have been fixed the first time it was seen and this company handled their business differently we would not be at this point.

      I purchased a 2014 **** ****** from Brenner's in May of 2022, put down approx 1800 and pay $150 weekly to them, not missing payments. Last Thursday may 18 my transmission stopped working in their parking lot while dropping off my mom's car, it's all on camera there. Now they want to charge me almost $7000 to put in a brand new transmission, which I cannot afford that out of pocket, they offered 5% down and to add another $60 to my payment weekly taking me to $230 a week. I'm afraid I was sold a lemon, & now they are threatening to turn me into the credit bureau if I don't pay the car off, . I put approximately 30k miles on the car. To my understanding **** has problems with 2013-2016 transmission.

      My name is ********************* long story short I purchased a car from Brenner's car credit in Williamsport Pa on the ******** ***** **** and ever since then I been having problems the car been in the shop more then 5 times and Brenner's won't help no more now the car broke down on highways expressway in the middle of streets while my fiance was pregnant we was stucked in the cold from 2am-8am until a tow truck came and towed the car I haven't drove this car consistently for a whole month yet. And I put $900 down and I been making payments ever since I paid more then $1,000 in payments. I want everything returned and I don't want nothing to do with Brenner's and I did the pre qualification and my car qualified for the lemon law.

      2/24/2023 @ Around 11pm EST I Noticed That My Vehicle Would Not Start. Upon Further Checking The Vehicle I Notice The Lights Are On So Therefore My Battery Isn't Dead. I then noticed that my vehicle would not start due to Brenner car credit disabling my vehicle. This is not the first, second, nor third time that Brenner car credit has not followed their company contract Protocall. Last week i called in to the selingsgrove office and spoke with the collection manager letting him know that i would make a payment of $290 Today. Due to my phone being down i was unable to recieve any text messages as a result, i was unable to have an correspondence with Brenner as of today when the payment was to be made. Furthermore Brenner and I established a contract set forth on the day the intial first payment was made. Brenner Did not only give me a grace period to make the payment, they disabled my vehicle when it was not at my place of residence, which is stated in the contract. I did not recieve any notification via email, although Brenner Car Credit knew that the number was not on at the moment. Brenner Car Credit Disabled My Car 35 Minutes away from my place of residence, which left me stranded for hour with no way to get to my sick child. i Plan on taking Legal action, this company does not follow their own contracts. They are risking other people lives in these vehicles

      I have contacted my brenners car credit in Carlisle about my issue with my car and they do not care they keep telling me to take my car to the dealership to be seen and everytime we call them they tell us to contact them back and get them to send papers over we have mentioned too them we do not have another car and they dont seem to care how do we get to work to pay our bill to you guys of we can't get to work cause our car is being seem so dont u think I need a car then then whats up with the no loaners. My car has been shutting off in the middle of parking lots in the middle of the streets,that is a big big safety issue and you guys don't seem to care what so ever so you guys need to get your act together and either get us a new vehicle or you give me a loaner and fix my **** car I can't even go to work without it doing it I can't go shopping without it doing with.

      I went to a buy here pay here but $1500 down and was paying 115 a week on a van it had a warranty hundred in the beginning and I tried to tell them there was something wrong with the transmission they told me it was not that and they fix something else and charge me for it and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with it it’s been in and out of the shop just recently they charge me $2100 and conveniently admitted that there’s something wrong with the transmission now that it’s conveniently out of warranty and I don’t know what they charge before but when I got it back two weeks later it did it again and I told him about it and Saturday it broke down and would not start

      So we were going to lease purchase a ***** *** from this place and the next day on the way to pick it up they called us and told us the car was in a accident from one of their drivers. So of course the *** was totalled. So we picked out another suv a ******* ***** **. Which is not worth the 19,000 grand they have you purchase their cars for. It has water damage and everything. These places take advantage of customers with bad credit. Car is only prob worth 2,000. I have been dealing with penndot because of this ***** *** I never had and they want the tags .. well I never had the suv in the 1st place. I have my letters from penndot. Brenners will not take care of that problem. 2nd issue I leased purchased another suv a 2011 **** ******* for my wife to use and me use as a spare.. the engine seized or something is wrong with the engine. I only have this **** since september. I pay weekly for a extra warranty on both SUVs. I have a pamphlet it's supposed to be covered. They will not fix it. So I'm stuck with a **** that they still want me to pay for over 20,000 purchase price. Why do I have a warranty. On top of it when you pay your weekly car payments they only take debit and they charge you 4.95 per transaction. Prior to this engine acting up I've had the **** at my local **** ******** for all proper oil changes and service. **** *******'s found stuff wrong with both the ******* and the ****. Right now I'm paying on this ******* 2010 ***** ** that has transmission issues that they didnt want to fix either. Then they did and is now acting up already after 3 weeks.. a great suv for 18,000 I have this ******* less of time then I have the ****. The **** is currently at their so called great business. The garage they use to fix your cars is their garage. Brenners has their own garage. Prior to the **** breaking a month before hand a deer hit the side of my **** driver side door and the antlers got the corner headlight. They are trying to say the engine seized from the deer. I drove it for a month after this happened waiting for progressive

      Please note that on or about October/November 2021, I went to Brenner Car Credit, which is located 1t 1819 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17103 and placed a Deposit of $50.00 on a 2016 ******** *** Limited. The Company (Brenner Car Credit) indicated that I could make an additional Deposit within30 Days Which I did make an additional Deposit of $850.00. I was then Approved for Financing and my Monthly Car Payment of $520. I believe that I have paid about $4,700. towards the Purchase of the Car during the last 11 Months. Also, note that during this 11 Month Period, Brenner Car Credit made Numerous Harassing Phone calls and Text Messages to me if I was just a Few Days late with my Car Payments. They (Brenner Car Credit) would also, make Numerous Threats to DISABLE my Car Before 12:00 Noon, Twice which they did and often Left my Family Strand in the Street with out a Car, having to sometimes Walk or seek Pubic Transportation. Please be advised that my Car was also Disabled and Reposed and as I am currently filing this Compliant being Reposed again. In July and August, 2022 my car would Over Heat and Coolant would spill from the Car recently in October, 2022 Radiator wouldn't work. For about 30 Days I tried to Contact Brenner Car Credit at the Carlisle location to Help Repair the car that Office failed to respond to any of my Calls. I then contacted Mr. J*** at the Mifflintown Office, Mr. J*** Agree ed to have the 2016 ******** *** Limited Towed to the Mifflintown Location and that is where car is currently. A Representative from Brenner Car Credit contacted me weeks later and indicated the to Repair the Car would Cost $7,000 to Repair and that I would be responsible for the Cost of All Repairs, in addition to my Monthly Car Payment of $520, my Car Insurance of $325. Monthly and an additional $300, Monthly toward Repairs. also note the I made a Requested another Car of Equal to or Lesser Value, which would keep me in good standing rate. PLEASE HELP!!!
