    10/1/2021 date of original service and paid in full Copy of estimate will be uploaded Wasn't happy with services, called and spoke to ***** (owners wife) she asked for my son ************************* to send her pictures of areas of concerns, on May 3,2022 he sent pictures, no response, called repeatedly through the next several months.********************* beginning of September 2022 he came out to take pictures, said sent to owner. September 15 ***** stated they would be out to fix areas of concern within 2 weeks. They called September 29 and stated they would be out September 30 to cut driveway and seal coat. We expressed concerns for the weather. Hurricane Ian storms hit our area and it washed the oils off the blacktop. They cut where they weren't supposed to and didn't touch they problem areas. Just sprayed seal coat. I have pictures I can provide.

    We fixed the issue by cutting and repaving the cracked area.  We then came to sealcoat the entire driveway for free and they said they did not want that done until next year.  We will have them on the schedule to sealcoat in the spring.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The response from Cleck paving- those were done prior to my complaint. I filed complaint because we were not happy with what he did, he cut where we had no issues and didn't touch where we did have problems, then after we filed complaint he came out to seal coat but it was supposed to rain next day so we refused. The blacktop is continuing to crack, and seal coat wont fix that.
