    Took our 2003 ******* ******* to Juniata Valley RV in July for repairs to the hydraulic slide & repair/replace the rear AC unit it wasn’t working. Our coach was “fixed” & picked up on Aug 26. Total cost $5999.50. Our coach is still not fixed correctly AND, we were charged for items which were NOT replaced and/or repaired. Service Mgr told us “...can’t fix it. Don’t come back” 1.Rear AC/Heat Pump: New unit. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY HEAT FROM THE REAR UNIT. 2.Front AC/Heat Pump: We were charged for a new Wall Thermostat which was NOT installed. 3.Middle AC/Heat Pump: NOT functioning. New AC/heat pump can’t work off the old thermostat & the new thermostat can’t operate the old AC/heat pump unit. WHAT WAS DONE WITH THE WIRES WHICH CONNECTED THE MIDDLE AC/HEAT PUMP TO THE OLD THERMOSTAT? 4.Livingroom Slide: There is a GOUGE in the side of the slide! 5.Slide Operations: currently operates with key in ON position. OWNER’S MANUAL states ignition key must be in the OFF position to operate slide rooms. 6.Air Brake/Air Leveling Release: ground wire installed at the motor solenoid by Juniata Valley RV created electrical back feed from the electric/hydraulic motor. 7.Entry Door Latch: was broke & prohibited entry into the coach through the entry door. 8.Fraudulent Charges: We were charged $216.57 for a thermostat which was never installed. We were charged labor & shop supplies for service on the **** ***, but the technician clearly indicated on the bill “not able to do at this time”. Repairs requested were NOT outside of their abilities since they repair the exact same issues on tag trailers & 5th wheels – the very same units which are sold & serviced at Juniata Valley RV.
