    I had an in wall Air conditioning unit installed by **** from Marshall & Sons Services, LLC, in July 15th 2022. The unit worked fine until about march of this year, 2023. I had called **** about the problem and he said he would have someone out within a few days and will follow up with a phone call the day of service. No phone call came, I tried calling, and texting and emailing since march and no contact has been made by **** Marshall from Marshall & Sons. The unit does not work, I'd like to pursue a full or partial refund for the until as it is faulty, and or a repair/replacement of unit or whatever part is not working on the unit. The total job cost me $6,400, I lost my husband in late 2021 and I can't do this repair on my own, so I need help with it and as **** Marshall was the installer and seemed trust worthy I feel like I was wronged in this unit being faulty only a few months after installation. Any information or help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
