  In November 2021, a little league held a Tricky Tray. Ariana Wagner had donated a gift certificate worth $700 to get a photo shoot by her done. The only terms were it needed to be used within a year. I I had won that prize, I messaged her right away to start planning. We scheduled a maternity shoot for may 17, 2022. She had rescheduled the day before stating she was not feeling well. She then continued to reschedule our session 2 more times after. I then had my baby so we planned to Do a newborn session. She took weeks getting back, and would continue to cancel each session after that. On August 3 she cancelled the photoshoot and asked what days I was free, I said Im free everyday and asked what days work for her. She has ignored me since and now closed her books for the year and will not be doing any more photshoots. The gift certificate will no longer be valid. This is frustrating because she has wasted a lot of time. She robbed me of some important memories. She never should have donated something if she could not keep up her end of the prize. When she donated, she also got a tax exempt form, which she used as a tax right off for something she never fell through with. The board of the League who hosted the trick tray are also aware and will not be asking her for anything again. However I paid money to win that prize, I waited on her to do a maternity shoot, and then waited for a newborn session. I never thought one could be so unprofessional. I would have went elsewhere to another photographer if I knew this wouldve happened. I would like for her business to forced to shut down or she should have to refund me and give the gift certificate value. I also want everyone to be aware of this. She never planned to actually do a session. She wanted the tax exempt form for her taxes. That is what sold her.

  In 2021 I donated a portrait shoot to the local tricky tray. They asked me to put a value on what a portrait shoot would cost. I donated a photoshoot for $675. This is the first time I have ever donated to a local organization and didn't know exactly how it worked. 

  
  

  I had some scheduling conflicts this year due to a high risk pregnancy (I am currently pregnant) and multiple illnesses. The last time we corresponded we rescheduled due to an extreme heat advisory. I always advise against shooting in heat advisories, especially with small children. After this, I completely lost sight of the messages and never received a notification on social media. 

  
  

  I reached out to the client today (9/25/2022) with a long apology as I am so upset I lost sight of our messages. I also told the client I will absolutely still honor her photoshoot and would love to still be able to provide her with one. I am currently awaiting her response.
