    On March 21, 2025-March 23, 2025 I had a reservation with this hotel for a basketball tournament. As I was approaching my room, the hallways were filthy. In my room I had checked the mattress as I always do and the sheets had long black hairs and severely stained. The pillows were yellow in some spots. I called the office and the manager told me that she would get someone up here when she can but other rooms were a priority for new customers coming in. I told her that I am a priority and this needs to be taken care of ****! When I did call, I had to use my cell phone because the phone in my room didn't work. The bathrooms were moldy and filthy. My grandson dropped his toothbrush on the floor behind the toilet and there was urine all behind the toilet. When I went down to the main desk this manager apologized and said that the rooms in that wing haven't been used in a week or so but she was under the impression that they were good to go. I had to take a ride to the Dollar General a few doors up to purchase cleaning products, air fresheners, sheets for 2 beds and pillow cases. The next day, I go looking for clean towels and the manager who I believe must live there because she was ALWAYS there said they had no towels available. I told her that is unheard of to be a franchise hotel and have none! I noticed that in a back office there was a cart of towels clean. When she came back in from her smoke break I asked her again about towels and she got snippy and said she told me already that there was none. I showed her the picture I took of the cart and all of a sudden she produced towels. When I got home from this trip I called ****************************** and have had nothing but broken promises. They said they were sending me a refund thru **** and I told them I wanted a paper check. They told me I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for it, that was on March 25. I talked to them May 19 and I want to know where is my refund and they said another 4-6 weeks

    The complaint has been seen and from what I can tell a solutions has been put into place. I would like to apologize for any issues the guest had. I was not aware of them at that point.

    I have been informed after several times of talking to the ***************** a check in the amount of $277.58 will be reimbursed to me.  This was inMarch this was presented.  As of today, June 2, 2025 nothing has been received.
