    On 12/14/2023 we had problems with the septic water backing up,from the toliet and shower.Water was running from shower thur floor into basement. Called KG Plumbing.They arrived at 145.They checked the septic tank and said,it wasnt bad.They left at 215 to get more equipment.He returned at 330.He cut off and replaced the main cap off the septic pipes.He snaked out the system.Then repaired the flunge around the toliet.Work done by 530.He worked a total of 2 and a half hours,and travel time.Labor was 425.00,total bill was 538.00,first bill. After he left,the water started gurgling,when using the shower and toliet. Called KG plumbing again on 12/18,and he returned.He said,it was a vent problem and rerouted the vent pipes.We asked him to snake out the system,and he said it was not necessary.He was here from 915 to 1015.The bill was very high.When questioned,he said,there was a detour in the road and time was charged to load his equipment. He charged us 355.00 for labor and total bill 400.88. Problem not fixed,called and left a message,no return call. Called another plumber on 12/27.Plumber opened 2nd holding tank and found inlet baffle was clogged in tank.Broke up clog,problem fixed. My problems are; Unnecessary plumbing work and parts Charging for loading and travel time Unfair charges for labor 780.00 for 2 .5 hours worked Charging 939.00 for a job not done If plumber would have checked inlet baffle in the holding tank,he would have seen it was clogged,and no other work was needed. Please advise,thank you
