    My son ******* has been attending this daycare for over a year. i recently pulled him out. **** pays for the daycare service and my co pay should have been 19 $. there was a point the owner *** was charging me a gap few of $90. i did not realize that she was taking advantage of myself until my son started at a way expensive daycare & the co pay being double less then what she was charging me. she is purposely avoiding this issue. i have demanded her to give me the money back that she took from a single mom knowing she did this on purpose.

    My daughter attended the Lead School in Millersville, PA. There were several instances where my daughter was not changed throughout the day every 2 hours that is required. There were multiple times where my daughter has come home and drank 3 juice cups back to back, and I found her juice cups in her diaper bag still full. Among so many other instances where I felt my child wasn’t receiving the care that she deserved. After addressing the issues many times with The Lead School, I decided to call the state. I put my daughters 2 week notice in the week prior. Upon picking my child up 2 days after calling the state, the daycare had me sign a withdrawal form. On the form it was dated that my daughters last day would be 9/8/2023. This is the date that we had agreed on. ***, the director, told me that she was going to waive the next weeks pay. I asked if today, 8/31/2023, was going to be her last day. She responded “No, she can still attend”. I signed the paper and handed it back to ****, the other director. **** then proceeded to change the date on the paper that I already signed to 09/01/2023. I said oh is tomorrow her last day? *** then responds “yes, we just want you to be happy”. So on 09/01/2023, The Lead School then proceeds to charge me for the next weeks amount, $266.60 for care that my daughter will not be receiving from them. I feel that they are retaliating against us because we chose to report a problem, that they had many opportunities to fix, to the state.
