    I purchased a Doughboy Skimmer, then we were unable to repair our pool because of rusting. Just wanted to return this item, it was never opened. I even said Id pay the restocking fee, their response to my email was they have a strict no return policy. Did not see anything about this policy prior to purchase. Do I have any recourse? Do not purchase anything from this website

    I bought a pool from them and when the contractors started to put it up, they noticed a hole in the liner, I even paid extra for a heavier liner and they will not answer my phone calls its been 6 weeks, please help me, I dint know were to go from here. So very disappointed

    If I could give a lower rating I could, we recently bought a pool from Pool Nation USA everything was going fine until we went to install the liner, the liner they sent was too small for the height of the pool after checking the box, the liner was meant for a 21'round pool x 48/52 our pool height is 54. We called several times to get the correct liner and they started giving us a run around with a game of telephone from the receptionist and the Sales manager.

    Placed an order on 8/24/24. Spoke to the company rep several times prior to the order being placed & all questions were answered. After the order was placed, I had one additional question that the rep assured me he would get answer. Have had no contact since despite several attempts to contact him. Cancelled the order 9/9/24. Attempts to contact via phone or email have been ignored. This company not reputable & no orders should be placed thru them.

    I bought a pool pump from this company. It stopped working within 2 months of purchase. I have attempted to call to discuss warranty and replacement. No answer and no return phone call. Do not buy from this company.

    This pool nation is USA is fraud, horrible, ridiculous, disgusting customer service! they dont answer all your emails I called million times and the owner **** would cancel my calls and not answer my emails. When I placed my order they gave me a 2 year old tracking number for delivery. They should close down this pool company.
