I bought a 2022 ***** **** ***** camper in may of 2022 for 90000. The unit arrived to my campsite in june of 2022, where it has sat in a permanant site since. In the first month of buying we began having problems with a black tank valve. One of the air conditioners began not cooling properly. They came out to "fix" the black tank valve. It was not fixed. At this time the mechanic said he would put in for replacement AC and new valve. This was in july 2022. In september one awning fell down. Pulled completely away from camper. We contacted Leech RV they said everything was on order and they would be in touch with a replacement date. Now this camping season we are now having problems with the 2nd awning it is tearing. Leech RV is stating this is not covered under warranty. I called Jayco they told me they do not manufacture the awning. And if lerch says it is not covered there is nothing they can do. We are still waiting for repacement of everything from last july. This camper has been used for one camping season, not even. We used this brand new camper for 4 months and they do not want to fix the awning and have stated "they hope there will not be a problem with coverage of thing already ordered." I feel this is unacceptable. I bought a higher end camper with the belief that I was getting better quality. I am only asking for thing to be fixed as it has not even been 1yr. I have barely used this camper. Lerch is telling me to out it through as an insurance claim. Why would my insurance need to pay for poor quality inn the first year of purchase.

Customers purchase date was 5/20/22.  Customers had the **** ***** delivered to a campground.  Lerch RV is not obligated to do warranty repairs in the campground, the unit is required to be brought back to our dealership.

As a courtesy to the purchasing customer,  Lerch RV made arrangements to look at the issues on site  the  1)  black tank valve and 2)  the a/c in July 2022.

On or about 9/7/22, ***** approved the replacement of both valve and a/c, unfortunately, Lerch was not able to get to the campground to make the necessary repairs before campground trips were done for the fall.

In the meantime, customer had lst awning fall down and pics were requested 11/16/22 and more pics on 1/10/23 to report the warranty repair to *****.  ***** is covering this awning under warranty but to date, the hardware for the awning has not arrived at our dealership.

Now, only more recently, the customer has contacted us and stated that the 2nd awning is coming apart, from the pics we sent over to *****,  they stated that this appears to be fraying or damage of some type to the fabric and would not be warranted and we suggested it  would need to be replaced by an insurance claim.  ***** does not need to replace items under warranty if they feel it is damage not defective  in the  1 year warranty period.

The second awning would need to be addressed by the customer and not be covered under warranty.

Service would like to make (1) more trip to the customers unit to make all the repairs including 1) black tank valve replacement, (2)  a/c replacement  and once all the parts arrive for the 3) awning replacement, instead of driving to the site several more times.   All of these items would be completed under warranty.
