    April 24, 2023 Gutter Nutz serviced my metal roof to stop waters path from reaching a pillar. The water caused replacement of the wood on the pillar, due to rotting. They were here about ten minutes, installed a small piece of metal to divert the water and caulked. The charge was $150 + tax. There was no change to the problem. I contacted them and set up an appointment which was not kept (and no call). I set up a second appointment after several calling attempts, accepting their excuse for no show. That appointment was not kept either and no call. That was 3 weeks ago. Water continues to damage my pillar that I paid $350 to repair with another contractor because the roof issue wasnt resolved.

    The BBB did not send this to the correct address. The business has not been at *** ****** ****, Milton, PA ***** for almost 2 years and the address has been changed through every channel. We have just received this mail, so this is our response.

    The issue is not a gutter issue, the customer has a roofing issue. We did a service for $150 to try and repair the issue that the customer contacted us about. The pillar that is rotting, was already rotting before we did any repairs. He paid us for our service fee, but we believe he needs to contact his roofer.
