    I am extremely pleased with the quality of work MH did for our project. We needed some very old carpet removed from three rooms and hallway along with old kitchen linoleum replaced with vinyl plank flooring and , added a fresh coat of paint, and new baseboards. He also replaced all the receptacle outlets in these rooms and installed a new exhaust fan in the Master bathroom. The house looks so fresh and new. Weve contracted him to install a new entry and storm door too. Dont waste your time on anyone else. MH is the best in *************. They do it all.

    My bathroom was outdated and **** and **** had to gut the whole room. The finished product is beautiful. They did an awesome job! I already have him in mind for my next project.******************

    After having several contractors no show appointments for estimates, we were put in contact with MH Residential and Commercial Services LLC. We were so impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism, that what started as painting walls and a family room renovation ended up being almost a complete home update. Not one room went untouched, from gutting and renovating the entire lower level including the bathroom, laundry, family room and garage to updates and renovations on the upper floor. Along the way, **** took care of some other problems that we hadn't even discussed! No job was too small or too large. His meticulous attention to detail was very reassuring along the way. We are beyond happy and pleased with all the work that was done and will definitely use MH Residential when we are ready for any work that was not done this time around.

    I just had a new kitchen floor done by MH. He did a fantastic job. The floor looks beautiful. He took care to do a perfect job. He treated my house like it was his own. If l could give him a 10 star rating, I would. I will definitely call him again when i have another home improvement project.

    **** renovated my bathroom....he did a very professional job at a reasonable price. He took care of a lot of little things he didn't have to but he wanted to make sure everything was done right. I'm very happy with his work and will call him again if I need anything else done and I know he will come because he likes my dog.

    I cannot say enough about the work done by MH Residential and Commercial Services. My house was built in 1971 and had an eyesore for a basement. For 19 years I dreamt of getting it finished. Never could I have imagined how amazing it looks. Every detail of the job from new windows to framing out a laundry room to laying new carpet was done to perfection. I cannot say enough about the owner, he does it all and he puts his heart and soul into the job. I highly recommend them.

    MH Residential and Commercial Services came in when another company left without finishing the job. He went above and beyond to get the job done. He found and fixed problems I wasn't even aware of. Great work,very professional. MH Residential and Commercial Services will be my first call when any other job comes up.

    I called **** to help me with my daughter's move to a new apartment after seeing all of his positive reviews. I was NOT disappointed!!! He was so professional, thorough, & all around great guy. He paid attention to every tiny detail. His prices were very reasonable especially considering the amount of physical labor that was involved. I am so truly grateful for the job well done . Would hire him again for any job needing done. If you want a contractor you can trust give **** a call.
