    Gossard Plumbing was paid to install a shower head and shower know, after completion there was severe damage to the pipe holding the showerhead from a vise grip,channel lock,not sure. Also the shower still drips, called Paul and texted no reply, the fixtures are nickel plated and the damage is not fixable, would like a refund for the amount I paid him or a refund for the whole shower kit.

    On Sept 17,2021 Paul G****** came to my home to give me an estimate to install a built in dishwasher. He took the measurements and said that yes he can install the dishwasher. It would need to be "apartment size" and I agreed to that. He then said that $600.00 should be sufficient to order it and any materials needed for installation would be in addition to the dishwasher and paid once installed. He then asked me if I wanted him to order the dishwasher or order it myself. I said I prefer he order it since it wasn't standard size dishwasher. I wrote him a Check for $600.00 ( check #****) which he cashed on 9/17/2021. He said he would order the dishwasher and left. He has never produced or installed the dishwasher. I have called and text him every month since October of 2021. He always had excuse why it never came in. In January of 2022 he quit answering my calls and text messages. Finally in April of 2022 he answered my call and I told him I wanted the 600.00 and to cancel the dishwasher. He said ok. Have not heard from him. June 13 he finally answered my text and asked for one more week. I said one more week or I go to magistrate office. I've not heard from him or received my $600.00 back. Plumber license number ****. PA license number ******. I didn't go to Magistrate office.
