      I keep receiving statements from this company stating my insurance has not been updated and therefore they are not billing my health insurance for doctor bills. I HAVE spoken to their customer service department, ********************** department, numerous times to update my insurance information. I have updated this information with ***************************************** where my procedures by Brighton Radiology are done, I have ALSO updated my insurance information on their website NUMEROUS times AND I continue to get correspondence stating they do not have update information on file for me. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told NO, and ***** will transfer me to a supervisor so that this issue can be taken care of once and for all. This is at the point of utter ridiculousness and it is beyond incompetency. I WANT a call back from a higher up MANAGER who is able to assist me and get this taken care of. - I AM not going to pay for doctor bills that I do not owe as they are covered by my health insurance. Last year in October 2024 I received bills totaling over $15,000 that had not been turned into my health insurance for payment. My next step will be getting my Attorney involved.

      Brighton Radiology Ass sent me to Apex collections for $61.00. Service was rendered in 8/23. I have made two monthly payments to date, with none made this month, as a bill was not sent to me. What I received was a text notice on 11/27/23 from Apex stating my account was in collections. Account # 5568*2486680.1.
      The representative I spoke with for Brighton Radiology stated that my account was sent to collections because I didn't pay them in full in 90 days, and I did not set up a formal payment plan, of which I have not had to do with any other provider that I submit monthly payments too.
      They state once they send you to collections, It's a done deal and you must comply with Apex a debt collector. Phone # 18885922144
