      I showed my stylist many images of vivid purple hair that was applied like a lived in balayage. No color on the roots that goes into a vivid purple at the ends. Stylist says to me “believe me I can do this” I schedule an appointment. After the first appointment my hair was super dark and purple not really noticeable at all. She said since it was dark out the color isn’t very bright but should be brighter in the daylight tomorrow. First visit was $410 So tomorrow came and my hair wasn’t a vivid purple it was almost black with a very slight dark purple hue. I reached out to my stylist to let her know I was unhappy. I showed her images of my hair in the daylight next to the images I showed her beforehand and she said that it was a misunderstanding she didn’t realize I wanted the color to be vivid bright but thought I wanted it a lived in less noticeable color. She told me she definitely understood what o was looking for and my hair was the perfect starting point if I could come in again and just pay for product used that she could get my hair to what I wanted. Again very confident she could do it. I go back and the second visit was another $70 and I left with my hair darker overall. A peekaboo purple underneath (can not be seen at all from the back with my hair down) and a purple streak right in the front framing my face all the way to my roots. I was unhappy and spoke with the salon manager who told me to give her the weekend and we could come up with a solution to make us both happy after I voiced I didn’t trust the salon to come in a 3rd time but was very unhappy with spending $480 and my hair is not visually purple except a small hidden bit underneath and it is not at all what I asked for. After multiple attempts to speak with the owner again she was unprofessional told me my hair was beautiful and that the result was subjective. She would not refund because they “did my hair and used product” and only offered salon credit to come in again…
