    Ordered and paid for death date "markers" to be added to my grandparents' grave memorial plaques in Riverview Memorial Park (also owned by Restland Memorial Parks) on 9 May 2022, yes 2022. Order has not be filled, grave markers are not upgraded, and I cannot get a call back or status from the staff at Restland. On the rare occasion that I actually do reach someone in the office, they promise to look into it and I never receive a callback. Unfortunately I am not local and must rely on phone contact. Maybe, if they are monitoring feedback, I can get some help?!
